has an Old World European design that is still used today by Jewelers, Watchmakers & other Craftspeople.
The Gerson-type Mallet/Hammer is commonly used by Jewelers for Jewelry metal stamping & forming. Unique hammer style preferred by professional jewelers for metal stamping, hallmarking & fabrication. Features a special non-hardened polished steel head - more forgiving for off-center strikes. The removable head can also be used as mallet to form, bend & shape soft metals without surface marring. The Red satin handle is precision machined to provide excellent feel, is comfortable to hold, well balanced, the ergonomic grip is smooth to the touch.
